What is included in weekly maintenance?
Watering, grooming, pest monitoring, and supervisory inspections. Service is performed weekly by uniformed technicians trained in horticultural sciences. Replacement is included under the lease program.
How long from quote to install?
We reply within one business day. After that: a free site visit for the design, your approval on the preview, then an install scheduled to be timely, neat, and non-disruptive.
Can I see a design before committing?
Yes. That is the point of the site visit. Our sales staff design a foliage plan for your space, and visualization software lets you preview the project before any plants are installed.
What happens if a plant dies?
On the lease program, we replace it. That is Guaranteed Foliage Replacement. That is why most office managers lease: the monthly cost stays predictable instead of turning into replacement invoices.
